If you want a healthy dessert or snack this little treat can be whipped up in minutes. Put some bluberries in a saucepan and add some grated lemon zest! If the mixture tastes too acidic, add a little sugar. Once all the bluberries are cooked but them in a bowl with a little bit of crème fraiche or ricotta cheese. You can add some more lemon zest if you like or some sliced almonds. Enjoy!
