ENG-After coming back from holidays in Italy, my family and I decided to go on a low carb diet. I happened to have a craving for making something sweet after the first week of the diet, so I googled low carb diets and this one popped up. I’ve always wanted to bake with marshmallows as well! This is such an easy recipe to make and there’s only 190 calories per brownie, compared to most which contain around 250-400.

IT-Dopo sono tornata a casa dai miei vacanze in Italia, la mia famiglia e io abbiamo deciso da mangiare meno carboidrati. Ma avevo un desiderio ardente per cuocere qualcosa dolce dopo la prima settimana da fare la dieta.
Allora volevo trovare una ricetta con meno carboidrati e ho trovato questa. Anche di piu, ho sempre voluto cucinare  un dolce con marshmallow! Questa ricetta e davvero facile da fare e ogni brownie contene solamente 190 calorie, a paragone dalla maggioranza che ne contengono circa 250-400.

FR-Après que je suis rentrée des vacances en Italie, ma famille et moi avons décidé de faire un régime sans glucides. Mais j’ai eu une grande envie de faire des gâteaux après une semaine d’avoir fait le régime, alors j’ai cherché des recettes qui ne contiennent pas beaucoup de glucides et j’ai trouvée celle-là. J’ai toujours voulu faire des gâteaux avec des chamallow en plus! Cette recette est très facile a faire et chaque brownie ne contient que 190 calories, par rapport a la plupart qui en contiennent environ 250-400.

Ingredients:

1 cup of plain flour / 1 tasse de farine de blé / 1 tassa di farina

¼ tsp baking powder / ¼ cuillère a café de levure / ¼ cucchiaino di lievito in polvere

¼ tsp salt / ¼ cuillère a café de sel/ ¼ cucchiaino di sale

4.5 tbsp butter / 4.5 cuillères a soupe de beurre/ 4.5 cucchiai di burro

½ cup + 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder/ ½ tasse+ 1Csp de poudre de cacao/ ½ tassa+1 cucchiaio di polvere di cacao

1 ¼ cups of sugar / 1 ¼ tasses de sucre / 1 ¼ tasse di zucchero

1 egg / 1 œuf/ 1 ouva

2 egg whites / 2 blancs d’œuf / 2 bianchi d’uovo

2 tsp vanilla essence / 2 Ccf de l’extrait de vanille / 2 cucchiai d’estratto di vaniglia

Marshmallows / des chamallows / marshmallow

Sliced almonds / des amandes coupes en tranches / mandorle affettate

Chocolate chips / des pépites de chocolat / gocce di cioccolato

Method:

Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.  Melt butter in a saucepan, and then remove from heat. Stir in the cocoa, then the sugar. Next add the egg, egg whites and vanilla. Then add the flour mixture. Put the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Finally add the marshmallows on top, slightly pushing them into the mixture and sprinkle the chocolate chips and almonds around the marshmallows. Bake for about 25-35 minutes at 280C.
